1st Annual Hanford Spring Fling and Chili Cook-Off

Hello Chili Cook-off Chefs,
We are beyond excited to start a new tradition in Hanford. The Sierra Pacific HS Music Boosters will be hosting our first annual Hanford Spring Fling and Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI) sanctioned Chili Cook-off on Saturday April 21, 2018 at Sierra Pacific HS. This event will feature a number of fun activities for the entire family.

- Music - Cake Walk - Arts & Crafts -
- Face Painting - Snack Bar - Milk Garden (Featuring Rosa Brothers Milk Co)

CHILI COOK-OFF

TO PARTICIPATE
- Fill Out This Form
- Pay the Registration fee ($25 Before April 1, 2017) $30 After April 1 or Day of Event.
- Bring one 2.5 Gallon (Ice Cream Tub) of Prepared Chili for Concessions (Throw Down Chili)
- Come prepared to cook competition chili from scratch

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- 12x12 Booth Space
- Taster Cups
- Taster Spoons
- 1 32 ounce container for competition chili.
- Cold waters for cooks
- Voting Box (For People’s Choice Award)
- Free Apron With Logo (For Early Registrations ONLY)

WHAT YOU PROVIDE:
- Your own table, chairs and canopies that fit within your space (12x12 Space)
- Cooking ingredients, utensils, and equipment (enough for judging and public tasting)
- Your own Booth Decorations (prize for best decorated booth)
- Your own cleaning Materials (paper towels, cleaners, etc)
- Your own extension cords (power will be extremely limited)

- 1st place Chili: Cutting Board Trophy & Gift Basket
- 2nd place Chili: Cutting Board Trophy & Gift Basket
- 3rd place Chili: Cutting Board Trophy & Gift Basket
- Showmanship (best booth decorations): Gift Basket
