    Zero Tolerance Policy

League City Youth Football Organization (LCYFO) has a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding violations of the LCYFO Code of Conduct by spectators at LCYFO games, competitions, and practices and those in attendance at a team/squad and LCYFO activates and events. The LCYFO Code of Conduct is specified in the LCYFO Parent/Guardian Agreement. All families in the LCYFO program must read, understand, and agree to the terms in the LCYFO Parent Agreement as a condition of participation. The Zero Tolerance Policy: An individual that violates the LCYFO Code of Conduct will be notified by a LCYFO team/squad staff member or board member that they must immediately leave the premises of the game, competition, practice, event or activity due to their violation of the LCYFO Code of Conduct. Subsequently, the individual will be notified by the LCYFO Board of Directors that they are not permitted to attend LCYFO games, competitions, practices events and activities for the remainder of the season. Failure to leave the premises of, or subsequently attending a LCYFO game, competition, practice, event or activity will result in the removal of that individual from the premises by local law enforcement. Further, LCYFO Board Members have the authority to stop a football game and declare a win for the other team if a LCYFO spectator causes a disruption on the playing field. Spectators, including those filming, are NOT allowed within the team area, coaching box, and the limit line. Only individuals with LCYFO/GCPFL issued badges, the chain gang, checkers, and spotters are allowed within the team area, coaching box, and limit line. At any LCYFO/GCPFL event, practice, game or competition, any adult who: 1) verbally abuses; 2) attempts to intimidate; 3) is flagrantly rude or 4) cannot control their language or actions with an official, coach, participant or LCYFO/GCPFL volunteer will be asked to leave. In addition the participant will also be removed from premises. Any adult who commits a second similar offense will be banned from LCYFO/GCPFL events for the remainder of that season; in addition their participant(s) will also be removed for the remainder of the season. Any adult who physically assaults an official, coach, participant or LCYFO/GCPFL volunteer will be banned from LCYFO/GCPFL and their child(ren) will be removed from the program for one year from the date of the offense. The participant(s) may not participate in another LCYFO/GCPFL event during the sanction period. After one year, the parent may apply for reinstatement of his or her child. If the adult commits a second offense, he or she will be permanently banned from LCYFO/GCPFL and the participant(s) will be removed from the program. The term physical assault includes but is not limited to: hitting, slapping, pushing, spitting, kicking or striking in any way with any part of the body or any physical implement. There will be NO refund of registration fee for any of the above offenses. This is your copy.
