Please specifically describe your eating plan. For example: Weight Watchers, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, calorie counting, no sugar/white flour, Paleo, etc. If you choose calorie counting, exactly how many calories or what calorie range? What will be one or two things you must avoid or it will result in a 5 point snacking penalty? What foods are you going to eliminate or incorporate? Are you going to taper off your coffee drinking?
